Quest Yoga Studio
Welcome to the Quest Yoga community! Our studio offers ongoing, day and evening group classes, so you can begin practicing yoga at anytime. We also offer Private Classes where you’ll receive one-to-one personalized instruction that will address your individual needs.
At Quest Yoga Studio, we encourage our students to practice compassion and to honor their individual bodies; to respect their limitations and to celebrate their abilities. We provide a warm, welcoming environment where students can learn in a safe, supportive, and mindful way. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, Quest Yoga has a class, workshop or event that’s right for you!
A consistent yoga practice allows us to slow things down, breathe a little deeper, restore the body and relax the mind. Yoga can increase strength and flexibility, reduce stress, cultivate focus, deepen relationship to spirit and help create more balance in your life. (But don’t take my word for it, read the Testimonials to see what students are saying about their Quest Yoga experience.)
One part of the joy of yoga is the unique discovery process. Each of us starts exactly where we are at right now and then gets to witness as our body, mind and spirit opens with every practice. The things we learn about ourselves while paying attention “on the mat” applies to our everyday life “off the mat”.
Yoga is a journey that reconnects us to our most true, authentic Selves. It is from this place that we can then recognize and honor our connection to all other beings and creatures so that our whole life becomes our “practice”.
We look forward to seeing you at the studio!
Peace-Love-Blessings,
Karen Kenney

KIRTAN with performing artist WAH!

THE NEW HAMPSHIRE YOGA COMMUNITY PRESENTS WAH! IN CONCERT
During this evening of Kirtan, musician and spiritual seeker WAH! and her band create a unique mix of pop, world music, and reggae.
