Quest Yoga Studio provides a warm, friendly environment where students can learn in a safe, supportive and mindful way. We encourage our students to honor and respect their body’s limitations and to celebrate their abilities. Our yoga community is a beautiful mix of practitioners – athletes, busy moms, hard working professionals, experienced yogis and those just discovering yoga for the first time. Everyone is welcome!

A consistent yoga practice allows us to restore and rejuvenate our bodies, calm our minds and open our hearts. Through postures, breathing and meditation, we can improve our health, reduce stress, increase physical strength and flexibility. We can also experience emotional balance, cultivate compassion, learn forgiveness and deepen our spiritual connection.
One of the unique aspects of yoga is the focus on inner exploration and the self discovery process. This internal, heart-centered approach slowly and steadily reminds us of our true, authentic nature. It’s from this soulful center that we can align ourselves – physically, emotionally, mentally & spiritually – so that what we think, say and do in our every day lives becomes an expression of our innate goodness.
Yoga is a practice that gently guides us away from anxiety, judgment, competition and fear and returns us to a place of love. When we consciously remember our connection to the divine, to each other and to all beings and creatures – our whole life becomes our practice.
