INTRODUCTION TO YOGA
This 6-Week class is perfect for total beginners and those who want to spend more time learning the basics. This class is a great place to start for anyone interested in beginning yoga for the first time or those reconnecting with their practice. It will help establish a solid foundation for the practice of yoga; including guided instruction of yoga postures, breathing exercises, relaxation/meditation techniques and yoga philosophy.
