Quest Yoga Studio

Please join us as we warmly welcome our beloved friend Girish back to our yoga community. This special class is a fantastic opportunity to experience the joy of practicing yoga to live music! We often listen to Girish’s gorgeous voice and heart centered music in class and we know how amazing it feels to be lulled to a deeper place by his Sanskrit chants and sweet melodies.

Girish invites students in the live music and yoga class with Karen to let go and let their yoga flow through the beats and rhythms of his soul stirring tunes. Girish will be joined by Chris Lester on acoustic guitar. Limited verbal instruction – not appropriate for total beginners.
