PRIVATE YOGA INSTRUCTION

Private yoga classes are a wonderful way to introduce you and your body to the practice of yoga. I understand that trying something new, especially in a group setting, can make people feel nervous and self conscious. Private classes offer one-to-one, individualized attention that is focused on your unique abilities, needs and limitations. This will help familiarize you with the various aspects of the practice in a safe, fun and non-intimidating way.

At the same time, private instruction provides a means for more experienced students to refine their skills and gain access to deeper practices that may lead to great physical and energetic shifts. Private yoga lessons can be used to address concerns such as injuries, therapeutics, energy balancing and can even be used to transform habits, including postural misalignment and breathing patterns.

Whether you are trying yoga for the first time, need help healing an injury, are training for a triathlon or would just like to treat yourself to some much needed personal time, I will create a yoga practice designed specifically for you. A consistent and mindful practice can help you become stronger, increase your flexibility, improve your breathing, deepen your focus, calm your mind, and even bring more balance into your life.

Private classes can give you the opportunity to establish a solid foundation of knowledge, awareness and experience, so that you’ll more confident about joining a group class or starting a consistent self~practice at home.
