PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS

I understand that trying something new, especially in a group setting, can make people feel nervous and self conscious. Private & Semi-Private yoga classes are a wonderful way to introduce you (and a friend or loved one) to the practice of yoga. Private classes offer one-to-one, individualized attention that is focused on your unique abilities, needs and limitations. This will help familiarize you with the various aspects of the practice in a safe, fun and relaxing way.
At the same time, private instruction also provides a means for more experienced students to refine their skills and gain access to deeper practices that may lead to great physical and energetic shifts. Private yoga lessons can be used to address concerns such as injuries, therapeutics, energy balancing and can even help transform habits, including postural misalignment and breathing patterns.
Whether you are trying yoga for the first time, need help navigating an injury, are trying to understand a certain posture better or would just like to treat yourself to some much needed personal time, we can create a yoga practice designed specifically for you.
Private classes can give you the opportunity to establish a solid foundation of knowledge, awareness and experience, so that you’ll feel more confident about joining a group class or starting a consistent self practice at home.
