“Ask yourself what you’d do with your life – if fear were not an issue?”

This is a question that I believe we should all ask ourselves. How would our lives look if we let go of our limited thinking, fearful beliefs and our blocks to love?

Seriously, consider this – what would it be like to wake up feeling calm, creative, enthusiastic and totally connected to Spirit? How can we finally let go of our old hurts and live more fully from a place of forgiveness, ease, peace and joy? How can we move forward in the direction of our dreams and live a Divinely Inspired life?

In your one-to-one sessions – we will work together to answer these questions and to help identify and transform the unconscious patterns that keep you feeling stuck, anxious, sad, afraid, angry, numb, confused, etc.

The goal is not to “fix” you – but rather to offer an opportunity for you to experience conscious communication, compassionate support, honest feedback and spiritual guidance – through which you can learn to navigate your life from a place of Love instead of Fear.

Each Spiritual Catalyst session will be specifically designed for you. Our sessions will allow us to draw upon your innate gifts and intuition – plus all the diverse tools that I’ve gathered in my “toolbox” over the years.  Our time together will be inspired and informed by my years of studying and practicing yoga and also being a longtime student of A Course in Miracles and other healing modalities.
