The Yoga Show with Karen

Karen Kenney is the creator and host of “The Yoga Show with Karen” on Concord TV.  For the past eight years, “The Yoga Show” has brought a free yoga class into the homes of over 15,000 local residents, businesses and Government institutions in Concord.

The Yoga Show with Karen – is now airing five times a week on Concord TV – Channel 22:

Sunday – 9:00am

Monday – 8:00pm

Tuesday – 4:00pm

Thursday – 6:00pm

Saturday – 7:30am
