Karen Kenney is the creator and host of “The Yoga Show” on Concord Television. For the past eight years, “The Yoga Show” has brought a free, hour long yoga class into the homes of over 15,000 local residents, businesses and Government institutions in Concord, NH. “The Yoga Show”  airs on channel 22 – Concord TV.

I have seen a little bit of your show before and always have been feeling too lazy to participate. However, tonight you said “If you’ve seen this show before and have not participated now is the time to move that furniture and get your butt on the floor: … Well, I did and I was really glad. You make the instructions really easy to understand, especially about how to move your body in the right way. I really enjoyed it thank you so much!!!
