Prenatal Yoga

This Prenatal Yoga Workshop offers a gentle way to connect with and honor your changing body and growing baby. The yoga poses and breath work help relieve the discomforts of pregnancy, as well as expand on the joy and excitement of this special time in your life. Prenatal yoga builds confidence and strength, while better preparing your body, mind and spirit for labor, birth and motherhood. This workshop encourages you to enjoy the warm, welcoming community and compassionate support of other women sharing this sacred journey.
