KELLY GIARD has worked in the health and wellness field for over 13 years as a nutritionist and holistic lifestyle educator. She became a certified White Belt Nia Instructor in 2006, rounding out her passion of teaching others to embody a healthy, happy life through a balanced approach to food, emotions and movement.
Kelly now teaches the Nia Techinque in the greater Concord area offering weekly classes and monthly Nia workshops focused on personal growth and the mind-body-spirit connection. By sharing her own joy of movement, Kelly seeks to inspire others to connect to their joy and to find balance by consciously dancing through life.
